Refund policy

Our policy lasts 150 days. 

If more than 150 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same new condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. We do not accept intimate or sanitary products, as well as certain health and personal care products.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error, and any item returned more than 150 days after delivery will not be eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if it is approved or refused.

If approved, your refund is processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged.  If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at info@lovemi.us 

Shipping

To return your product, we will confirm the return address, generally you will have to send it to the following postal address: 5 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, Saint-Mandé, 94160, France.

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your charge. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
