As we continue to respond to changing conditions related to COVID-19, this page will be updated regularly, so that you are informed of the procedures in progress and the influence this may have on your orders.
ONLINE DELIVERY
Our Lovemi.us site is open to international purchases, with certain restrictions.Our global fulfillment centers remain open and we continue to ship orders. We are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions, including reduced staff and additional cleaning of our warehouses. For this reason, we may need extra time to process and dispatch your order - currently up to 5 working days. If it has been over 5 days and your order has not been shipped, please contact us at info@uslovemi.us.
Due to local government restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:
Angola, Bolivia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Eritrea, French Polynesia, Gambia, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Laos, Lesotho, Liberia, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Papua New -Guinea, Paraguay, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Swaziland, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu and Venezuela.
Globally, some distribution sites may be temporarily closed for safety reasons, have reduced hours or limited capacity depending on local COVID conditions and following guidance from local governments, the CDC and the WHO.
RETURN
Purchases made on our website may be returned for any reason up to 30 days after delivery, contact info@lovemi.us to initiate the return process.
As we continue to learn more and follow all the latest information from the CDC, WHO, and local governments, we will evolve our practices to ensure we are doing what is right for all of our Customers, and employees.
