We offer two shipping methods.
- Standard International Shipping, completely free of charge with a delivery time between 4 and 10 days.
- International Express Shipping charged at USD $6.95 with a delivery time between 2 and 7 days.
Please note that while we do not anticipate any delays, our shipments can take up to 30 days. Shipping is offered for all orders placed on the LOVEMI website.
However, our shipments are currently affected by the global commodity crisis.
Please contact us if our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help you locate the package.
Carriers are chosen based on the product to be shipped and the area to be delivered.
Please note that customs fees will be applied according to local legislation. LOVEMI does not apply these fees, therefore we are not able to waive the fees upon delivery. If customs fees are not paid, the package will be returned to us and the shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Delivery time is estimated at 5 to 30 business days.
Our warehouses are based in China, Italy and Germany. Delivery time will vary depending on the warehouse your order is coming from and your shipping address.
