To initiate a return, please ensure that your item meets the following requirements:

The item must not have been worn.
The item must not have any trace of wear, perfume or deodorant.
The item must not be a "personal" item (underwear, swimwear, jewelry, toiletries)
The item must not be from a final sale, a sale, or a promotion.
The item must have been received less than 30 days ago, if more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a return option.
Before sending your item back, please send us pictures of the item, including a general view and a picture of the label.

Please note that we do not currently offer a return label, you are free to choose the carrier of your choice. The return address will be communicated to you by our system during the registration of your return.

Upon receipt of your item in our warehouse, your return will be verified. If the error is on our part, we will issue a full refund for your order, including return shipping costs. If the error is not on our part, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item at the time of the order minus shipping costs. If the item does not meet our return requirements, we will not issue a refund or reshipment, and the item will be made available for pickup by the carrier of your choice.

The processing time for returns is 10 business days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse.
