I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

What are the shipping times?

- North America and Canada : 4- 10 Working Days 
- Australia and South America  : 6- 12 Working Days
- Rest of the World: 7-14 Working Days

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via the contact tab, giving us your order number, name and correct shipping address. Please note that no changes can be made after 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped, within 24 hours after it is confirmed. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to request a return.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days following the reception of your order. For all return requests, please contact us via the contact tab, we will provide you with a link to make your return.

Where is your company located?
Our company is based in England. But our warehouse and logistics center are located in France, Italy, China and the United States. This allows us to guarantee the quality of our products, and to have a fast shipment.
