Easy returns so tried

Tried this because of easy returns and ended up keeping it. Pleasantly surprised. Minor scuff on arrival though.

Strap could be better

Love the bag itself but the strap digs into my shoulder a bit when its full. Still using it daily though.

Metal parts feel cheap

The metal parts like clasps and rings feel cheap and lightweight. Concerned about long term durability.

Zipper alignment off

The zipper alignment is off on mine so it catches every few inches. Annoying but still functional.

Strap adjustor stuck

The strap length adjustor is stuck so I cant change how long it hangs. Works at the default length at least.

Interior is dark

The all black interior makes it impossible to find anything. Everything just disappears in there.
