Well packaged arrival

Arrived well packaged and intact. The piece is lovely. Taking one star because the chain kinked during shipping but straightened out

Color faded

The gold color faded to a greenish tone after about two weeks. Looks nice when fresh though

Clasp issues

The jewelry itself is pretty but the clasp keeps coming undone. I'm always worried it'll fall off

Missing stone on arrival

One of the stones was already missing when I opened the package. Quality control needs work
